We provide multi-model / eclectic orientation, using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approaches including: Moral Reconnation Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-Based treatment. Our services include assessments, diagnosis, strength based and person-centered treatment plans.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT provides new skills to manage painful emotions and decrease conflict in relationships. DBT focuses on four areas: 1) Mindfulness 2) Distress Tolerance 3) Emotion Regulation and 4) Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Vista is a 20-week curriculum addressing women's use of force. The Vista curriculum focuses on motivations, intent and consequences of their actions. The curriculum emphasizes that the use of force is not appropriate and teaches healthy alternatives.
The Matrix Model Level I requires the client to attend two group treatment sessions per week for eight weeks. These group sessions are designed to teach clients the basic skills needed to achieve initial sobriety. Primary care provides an introduction to basic cognitive behavioral interventions and reinforces the value of twelve step participation.
